Operator
Immersed Advertising is operated by Immersed Advertising LLC, an Indiana limited liability company formed on October 28, 2026 (Indiana Secretary of State business ID 202610282050978). These documents are governed by Indiana law; the Terms of Service explain how disputes are handled. Contact: support@immersedads.com.
Legal documents
Your use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service, together with the SDK License Agreement (EULA), Data Sharing Addendum, Advertising Policy, AI Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The documents in force are the versions shown on this site; your acceptance of each version is recorded.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
Guidance on this site, including the age and privacy rules shown to developers, the advertising rules and payout information, is general information to help you use the service. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, may not cover every place you operate, and laws change. Get professional advice for your situation.
No guarantee of results
Campaign reach, views, conversions, developer earnings and payout timing are not guaranteed. Estimates and dashboards reflect recorded activity and may be adjusted for invalid traffic, fraud review, refunds or disputes. Demo worlds and free samples are fictional illustrations, not actual game inventory.
AI-generated content
Ad adaptations and samples are generated by AI and can contain errors in text, logos, products or claims. They may not be protected by copyright, and similar output may be generated for others. Review every AI version before approving or using it. See the AI Use Policy.
Advertising disclosure
Ads shown in games through the platform are paid advertising. Developers must keep them recognizable as ads and disclose in-game advertising to players, as described in the SDK License Agreement.
Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or trademark, send support@immersedads.com a notice identifying the work, the material and where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review the notice, remove or disable the material where appropriate, and tell the uploader, who may send a counter-notice. Accounts of repeat infringers may be closed. Sending a false notice can create legal liability.
Trademarks
Immersed Advertising and its logo are our trademarks. The logo artwork was designed and drawn by Eliott Mault, who owns its copyright (© 2026 Eliott Mault, all rights reserved); it may not be copied or used without permission. Other names, logos and brands shown belong to their owners and appear for identification or because an advertiser uploaded them; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Version history
November 4, 2026: games are for players “13 and over” (the “All ages” choice is renamed), and advertisers accept only the terms that apply to them (not the SDK License Agreement). November 3, 2026: developer terms revised. Exclusivity now covers only paid in-world placements and can be opted out per game; after leaving it lasts 30 days, plus 6 months for advertisers met through the service, with no right of first refusal; a breach gets written notice and 30 days to fix instead of liquidated damages. Developers earn a stated 40% share, paid monthly (net 30) once unpaid earnings reach US $50, with 30 days’ notice before any cut. Ending an account or game needs 30 days’ notice unless it involves illegal activity or a threat; the liability limit for developers is based on their earnings; refunds can be approved case by case and invalid views are credited back; a dispute process was added. Earlier on November 3, 2026: Immersed Advertising LLC named as the operator, and sign-in with Google. November 2, 2026: developer payouts through Stripe. October 28, 2026: developer exclusivity rules. October 25, 2026: no device identifiers, and location matching off in the EU, EEA and UK. October 22, 2026: unused balances refunded when we end service, and the Data Sharing Addendum. October 13, 2026: current pricing and the Pricing page. September 2026: first versions of these documents.
